I love this dealership. The staff are very friendly and the service is prompt. I wish I lived closer to get my vehicles serviced there. I live in Bryant, Arkansas which is about a 2 hour drive away. I had been shopping for a vehicle locally and out of state for about a week and a half. Every local dealership was overpriced, had limited selection, or was not up front on pricing. I called JP (John Price) Saturday morning and told him what I was looking for and what I was trying to do and he made it happen. He was upfront and honest. He made sure the vehicle was still available, got my OTD and we started the process. I sent all my information via text and when I arrived 3 hours later the car was clean, gassed, and paperwork ready for me to sign. Same as the first vehicle I had purchased from them about a year ago. A very great place with good friendly people that I 10/10 would recommend.

Despite emphasizing twice in appointment phone calls that I was leaving town, the girl at the service desk still screwed up. I showed up almost 30 minutes early to make sure there was plenty of time for the simple recall work. She always acts like I’m imposing on her time. She does not reflect the typical personality of a service person who is there to help. In a few different occasions she has neglected to let me know when service is completed. Last oil change, I waited an hour and nobody had said a word. Then another 40 minutes went by and finally went to check on the status of my car. She said “oh ya, that was done a long time ago “ I’m not sure if I want to return to your shop once my warranty is up. Don’t need the grief or the attitude.
